Shipping & Returns

While we hope that you are satisfied with your Propét purchase, we understand that you may wish to return a product. If you wish to return your product, please review the information below: 

  • Products must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt of purchase. Items returned late will not be refunded, credited or exchanged.
  • Products must be in ORIGINAL and UNWORN condition. Be sure to try your shoes on indoors initially as we cannot refund or exchange products that have been worn, damaged, used, altered, modified or soiled. We also cannot accept returns for products without ORIGINAL INSOLES, LACES OR PARTS.
  • Only Products ordered from propetfootwear.com may be returned directly to Propét.
  • We do not process returns or exchanges of any product purchased from one of our retail partners. All items purchased through retailers must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with its return policies.
  • All shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Please send your returns via a traceable shipping method and insure the package for the cost of the items.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Propét USA is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments or personal items shipped to us in error.
  • Purchases from propetfootwear.com are subject to the terms of use, purchase policies and privacy policy which can be found on www.propetfootwear.com

TROUBLE-FREE RETURN VIA UPS

You may use the pre-paid return service label enclosed in your shipment to ship your return merchandise and pay no up-front postage fees. This trouble-free return option has a service fee of $8.00 per order which will be withheld from your refund once your return has been processed. Any original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded; please refer to our return policy.  **PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE BOTTOM PORTION OF PACKING SLIP COMPLETED WITH YOUR REASON FOR RETURN***

Please note that by using this service to return your product you are agreeing to a service fee of $8.00 per order which will be withheld from your refund once your return has been processed.

 

If you do not want to use the return shipping label provided, simply select the carrier of your choice. When using this option, we recommend that you send your return with a shipping method that allows you to track your return, and that you insure the package for the cost of the items being returned. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your purchase without proof of receipt. If you choose this option, you are solely responsible for the shipping costs of this return. MISSING YOUR PACKING SLIP?

If you do not have your packing slip or need it re-printed, please e-mail the following information to Customer Care propetshoes@propetusa.com to request a new packing slip by email:

·        billing address
·        phone number
·        email address
·        order number

REFUNDS

Once we receive your merchandise it will be inspected per your reason for return. If your return is accepted, your account will be credited less any original shipping and handling or return fees and / or return shipping charges. Please note that items returned outside of our return policy will not be refunded, credited or returned. In general, allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to be credited to your monthly statement.
