TROUBLE-FREE RETURN VIA UPS
You may use the pre-paid return service label enclosed in your shipment to ship your return merchandise and pay no up-front postage fees. This trouble-free return option has a service fee of $8.00 per order which will be withheld from your refund once your return has been processed. MISSING YOUR PACKING SLIP?
If you do not have your packing slip or need it re-printed, please e-mail the following information to Customer Care email@example.com to request a new packing slip by email:

· order number
Once we receive your merchandise it will be inspected per your reason for return. If your return is accepted, your account will be credited less any original shipping and handling or return fees and / or return shipping charges. Please note that items returned outside of our return policy will not be refunded, credited or returned. In general, allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to be credited to your monthly statement.
